Does the watch come in a gift box?
Yes. Every Man Cave watch comes with premium branded packaging, making it ideal for gifting.
Does the watch come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Man Cave watch comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, water exposure outside the watch's stated specifications, or unauthorised repairs is not covered — see our Returns & Refund Policy.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free in Dubai and Sharjah and arrives within 2 working days of your order being confirmed. Full details on our Shipping page.
Can I return my watch?
Eligible unworn and unused watches may be returned according to our Returns & Store Credit Policy. Approved returns are issued as store credit rather than cash refunds.
What if my watch arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. After inspection, we may provide a replacement or store credit for confirmed defects or delivery damage.
Is the watch water resistant?
The Lumina is rated 5 ATM (50m) — safe for splashes, rain and handwashing, but not for swimming or diving.
