These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Man Cave website and the purchase of products from it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About us
The site is operated by Abdul Hakeem Ola FZ-LLC, a Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) free zone company, e-commerce licence no. 45039494, registered at CWFZ1791, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("Man Cave", "we", "us").
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from us. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.
3. Products & descriptions
We take care to describe and picture our products accurately. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to photography and screen settings. Products are subject to availability, and we may update or discontinue a product at any time.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). The price shown is the total amount payable — no Value Added Tax is added at checkout. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
5. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — and if you have paid, we will refund you in full.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
7. Delivery
Delivery timeframes and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. We currently deliver in Dubai and Sharjah only. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Returns & refunds
Your return rights are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its implementing regulations.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Man Cave name and logo, text, images and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
12. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah.
