We deliver in Dubai and Sharjah. Delivery is free, with no minimum order value, and arrives within 2 working days.
1. Where we deliver
We currently deliver in Dubai and Sharjah only. Wider UAE and international delivery is planned as we grow — if you are outside our delivery area and would like a watch, message us and we will let you know when we can reach you.
2. Delivery charges
Delivery is free in Dubai and Sharjah. There is no minimum spend and no delivery charge at checkout.
3. Delivery time
Orders arrive within 2 working days of being confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Timeframes may vary during peak periods or due to events outside our control.
4. Tracking your order
Order tracking is handled on WhatsApp. Message us on +971 55 981 8437 with your order number and we will tell you exactly where your watch is.
5. Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional charge.
